Mung Beans:
Surprisingly there are lots of bugs in dry mung beans... who would have guessed?....This afternoon, while sitting in the sun I spent about an 1 hour and a half cleaning out bugs, bad beans and small rocks out of our dinner to be.
It was sort of like a meditation... a bean meditation....I don't think I have been that focused and intent in a while......it is nice to be here.... single focused and excited!!!!!
It is familiar and strangely comfortable.
Today was our first day seeing KACH...WOW...it was like a beehive with people working every inch!
Can't wait to start work tomorrow.....I will be planning the last portions of the garden with my new friend Ayub, the heartful landscape foreman and working with my old friend Simon to extend the Bio Intensive beds.
